Free Shipping
All orders ship free to the United States and Canada.

We do not currently ship outside of the US and Canada.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
A shipping confirmation email with a tracking link is sent once your order leaves our facility. You can also check your order status anytime through your account.
Subscription Shipments
Subscribe & Save filter replacements ship automatically every 90 days with free shipping. You'll receive a notification email before each shipment. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.
Canadian Orders
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These charges are determined by Canadian customs and are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, contact us at hello@slaky.com with your order number. We'll investigate with the carrier and make it right.
