You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. If Slaky doesn't meet your expectations, contact us for a full refund of the product purchase price.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@slaky.com with your order number.
- We'll confirm your return request and provide a return address.
- Ship the product back to us in its original packaging.
- Once received, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Conditions
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be in original packaging and in returnable condition.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Replacement filter cartridges are non-refundable once opened.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us at hello@slaky.com with a photo of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you — no return needed.
